Jonathan Grenier

Jonathan Grenier is an improvement manager in the Hospital Services Division of Press Ganey Associates. Jonathan is responsible for managing quality and performance improvement initiatives in regards to servicing top level health care systems including Partners HealthCare, Geisinger Health System, Shriners Hospitals for Children, NYU Langone Medical Center and Montefiore Medical Center.

Jonathan works in close partnership with his clients to meet their unique needs and challenges providing data analysis, presentations, trainings, workshops and one-on-one coaching with all levels of staff as well as senior management teams and executives. Along with his client-focused work, Jonathan is an integral part of the Press Ganey team. He has trained and mentored new associates, is active on several Press Ganey Committees, and participates in interdepartmental trainings and team building activities. Jonathan achieved the ranking of “Top 3” in Client Satisfaction and was awarded for his achievements at Press Ganey in 2008. In August 2008, he was awarded the Customer Service Hero of the Month at Press Ganey, a prestigious award among his colleagues. He has been with Press Ganey Associates since 2006, where he began his career as a staff consultant.

Jonathan received his Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma certification in 2010. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and is currently pursuing his Master of Public Affairs degree in Health System Administration and Policy from Indiana University.
